The front of each note replaces the Treasury Seal with Mickey Mouse shaped balloons. The seal reads, "Celebrate Today! Disney Parks - Where Dreams Come True."
The back of each note features Cinderella's Castle protruding though the clouds surrounded by Mickey Mouse Balloons. The Ribbon reads, "There's so much in life worth celebrating!" In keeping with the year's promotion, the Disney Dollars followed the theme of "What Will You Celebrate?".
