1999 "AA Series" Mickey $1 Disney Dollar - PMG 64 Choice Unc. EPQ

JNPDisney presents this 1999 "AA Series" Disney Dollar. It features Mickey on the front and Sleeping Beauty's Castle on the back. This was the last iteration of the 'original' generation. All was right in the Disney Dollar World leading up to the new Millennium and the next generation of notes. The front of this note features waving Mickey and the back features Sleeping Beauty Castle. As was done in 1996, Disney intentionally limited production in 1999 in anticipation of a large release for the Millennium. At this point, there was sufficient supply of Disney Dollars in circulation, so a limited quantity of 1999 notes was all that was necessary. The legend on all notes was updated and match across the board. It reads, "May be used as legal tender at Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort and the Disney Store (U.S.A. & Puerto Rico)."
