The traditional version of the Dollars distributed in Orlando, Florida and Anaheim California from 1987 through 2014.

Proofs are pre-preproduction prints used to verify the quality of the printing process. These are rare and more limited.
Specimens
Similar to a Proof and more commonly, a Final Proof. The only difference it is canceled,' meaning the value is worthless.
Special Editions
Commemorating the theatre in Hollywood's restoration, the 2001 El Capitan bills were released through the theater.
