Disney skipped the opportunity to print 25th Anniversary Disney Dollars in 2012, stirring up rumors of the end of Disney Dollars and upsetting many collectors. Disney responded in 2013 with four new $1 notes that "commemorate the fairy tale classic where true love conquers all."  It was becoming obvious that Disney Dollars were becoming an afterthought as they had become careless in the Quality Control process. 2013 was the only year that a Disney Dollar was printed and released with an official Error.  As soon as the error was recognized, the printing was canceled and the notes for sale were removed from circulation. This series celebrates Villains and Heroes from “The Little Mermaid”, “Peter Pan”, “Sleeping Beauty” and “101 Dalmatians”
