As of 1995, Disney was still grappling with a surplus of Disney Dollars in circulation, particularly the $1 note at Walt Disney World.  As a result, Disney continued the suspension of the $1 Series DA notes. The Goofy and Minnie Proofs from this year seem to be particularly desirable. This is one of the few cases where Goofy commands a greater premium than Minnie.
